Fundamentos teóricos para la reafirmación profesional pedagógica en el contexto educativo del Instructor de arte (Revisión)

The Cuban Education confronts new challenges because of the transformations in mail, with the educational policy of the country as to orientation and professional pedagogic reaffirmation of the graduate ones belonging to the different races as of the present moment. The professional pedagogic reaffirmation as part of the orientation of equal nature calls for a treatment a posteriori from his performance at the position to achieve a process of teaching in this individual learning that his students' education, that uplift the quality of the results with an adequate professional preparation from the contents taking into account the level of attained development favor. Some theoretic foundations for the professional pedagogic reaffirmation in the context of the pedagogic vocational guidance of the Instructor of art that the tracking favor to the graduate from the professional performance are proposed. With this it is managed to make perfect this process at the educational institutions for the sake of drawing alternatives and or strategies with a scientific pedagogic base that syntheses, historic logician and induction used themselves fact-finding methods like the one belonging to analysis in deduction, between other ones.La  Educación  cubana enfrenta en la actualidad nuevos retos a raíz de las transformaciones, en correspondencia con la política educacional del país en cuanto a orientación y reafirmación profesional pedagógica de los egresados de las diferentes carreras. En este particular la reafirmación profesional pedagógica como parte de la orientación de igual naturaleza requiere de un tratamiento a posteriori desde su desempeño en el puesto de trabajo para  lograr  un  proceso  de  enseñanza-aprendizaje que  favorezca  la  educación de sus estudiantes, que eleve la calidad de los resultados con una adecuada preparación profesional desde el contenido teniendo en cuenta el nivel de desarrollo alcanzado. Se propone algunos fundamentos teóricos para la reafirmación profesional pedagógica en el contexto de la orientación profesional pedagógica del Instructor de arte que favorezca el seguimiento al graduado desde el desempeño profesional. Con esto se logra perfeccionar este proceso en las instituciones educativas con el objetivo de trazar alternativas y/o estrategias con una base científico-pedagógica en el que se emplearon métodos de investigación como el de análisis-síntesis, histórico-lógico e inducción-deducción, entre otros
