In this study, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from fruiting bodies of two Chinese truffles of commercial relevance, Tuber indicum and Tuber pseudohimalayense, were analyzed using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
