This thesis was commissioned by SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy, to help them find out how they can internationally recruit long-term employees for their customers. The purpose of this thesis is to find out employee experiences of what makes them satisfied with their career and jobs, as well as their organizations to reduce turnover of employees. Answers to this question would be searched via the chosen research method of a literature review. Research about employee turnover, job satisfaction and experience in international recruitment would form a basis of understanding what the underlying issues are.
