The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted on employees of state-owned banks in East Surabaya. The number of samples taken as many as 100 employees, using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model based on Partial Least Square. Based on the results of the analysis found that work motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
