The purpose of this research, which was conducted with quantitative method and correlational design, is to examine the moderator role of organizational members' perception of success and organizational mattering in the relationship between the quality of work life, which is an important concept in terms of organizational behavior, and the subjective well-being of members of an organization. It is a cross-sectional study. Research data were collected from 183 respondents, mostly health sector workers, using the convenience method.
