DISTRIBUTION: Africa; Guinea and Sudan savanna from Cameroon to S Sudan, Ethiopia (Hutterer and Yalden, 1990), Kenya, Tanzania, S Zaire, Zambia to Angola. SYNONYMS: boydi, chitauensis, cuanzensis, katharina, lutrella, nisa.
