O cinema e a formação integral dos estudantes do Ensino Médio Integrado à Educação Profissional e Tecnológica

This research had as object of study the cinematographic art as an instrument of school formation and as a general objective, to understand how the use of the film takes place in the teaching-learning process by professors of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Pernambuco, Recife Campus, from the modality of High School Integrated to Professional and Technological Education. It also aimed to: identify the motivations for the use of a film in school activities and what methodologies adopted in the classroom; to discuss the importance of the appropriation of basic concepts of cinematographic art, aiming at the enhanced use of films as a resource in the teaching-learning process; and, finally, to elaborate an educational product, in a booklet form, containing basic concepts of cinema that can serve as an instrument of mediation between the narrative of moving images and the appropriation of curriculum contents, aiming at greater and better use of the content of the cinematographic work by teachers and students. The booklet is the result of the reflections made in the virtual meetings held with the group, thus configured: two teachers who teach at the Common Base and two teachers who teach at the Technological Base. At a later time, the group evaluated the form and content of this educational product. The theoretical framework is based on historical-dialectical materialism and Historical-Critical Pedagogy, from the writings of Marx, Engels, Saviani, Frigotto, Duarte, Gramsci, Ramos and Saccomani; in the reflections on revolutionary cinema by Benjamin, Rocha, Getino, Solanas and Alea; and in Rosália Duarte's discussions about the relationship between Cinema and Education. The methodology adopted in the investigation was the participant research, through the qualitative approach, and as instruments for collecting information, initially, we used a questionnaire answered by self-completion and, later, interviews conducted on the Google Meet platform, in view of the health safety recommendations in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Content Analysis was used as an analysis technique. The results of the analysis of the information revealed that the cinematographic product, although highlighted as an important artistic field, therefore, often used as a didactic instrument, has its use motivated, generally, by the alignment that the film plot maintains with the curricular content of the discipline and not by the numerous possibilities it brings as a work of art, it is therefore, necessary for teachers and students to appropriate basic concepts of this artistic fieldEssa investigação teve como objeto de estudo o processo de objetivação e de apropriação do produto cinematográfico, visando à formação escolar na dimensão integral e como objetivo geral, compreender como se dá o uso do filme no processo de ensinoaprendizagem por docentes do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Pernambuco, Campus Recife, da modalidade do Ensino Médio Integrado à Educação Profissional e Tecnológica. Objetivou também: identificar quais as motivações para a utilização de um filme em atividades escolares e quais as metodologias adotadas em sala de aula; discutir a importância da apropriação de conceitos básicos da arte cinematográfica, visando ao uso potencializado de filmes como recurso no processo ensino-aprendizagem; e, por fim, elaborar um produto educacional, no formato de cartilha, contendo conceitos básicos da Cinema que poderão servir como instrumento de mediação entre a narrativa das imagens em movimento e a apropriação dos conteúdos curriculares, visando maior e melhor aproveitamento do conteúdo da obra cinematográfica por docentes e discentes. A cartilha é o resultado das reflexões feitas nos encontros virtuais realizados com o grupo, assim configurado: duas professoras que lecionam na Base Comum e uma professora e um professor que ensinam na Base Tecnológica. Em um momento posterior, o grupo avaliou a forma e o conteúdo do referido produto educacional. O referencial teórico fundamenta-se no materialismo histórico-dialético e na Pedagogia Histórico-crítica, a partir dos escritos de Marx, Engels, Saviani, Frigotto, Duarte, Gramsci, Ramos e Saccomani; nas reflexões sobre cinema revolucionário de Benjamin, Rocha, Getino, Solanas e Alea; e nas discussões de Rosália Duarte sobre a relação entre Cinema e Educação. A metodologia adotada na investigação foi a pesquisa participante, mediante a abordagem qualitativa, e como instrumentos de coleta de informações, inicialmente, utilizouse um questionário respondido por autopreenchimento e, posteriormente, entrevistas realizadas na plataforma Google Meet, face às recomendações sanitárias de segurança no contexto da pandemia da Covid-19. Como técnica de análise, foi utilizada a Análise de Conteúdo. Os resultados da análise das informações revelaram que o produto cinematográfico, ainda que destacado como importante campo artístico, por isso, frequentemente usado como instrumento didático, tem o seu uso motivado, geralmente, pelo alinhamento que a trama do filme mantém com o conteúdo curricular da disciplina e não pelas inúmeras possibilidades que traz como obra de arte, sendo, por isso, necessário que docentes e discente se apropriem de conceito básicos desse campo artístic
