Giorgio Calza Bini was a character of architect-urban planner of the Italian Rationalism. He began his activity with two innovative projects fpr some highway stations near genoa (1934-1936) and a student hostel at the University of Rome Sapienza (1933 with F. Fariello and S. Muratori). Both the projects were published and noted by the academic and professional community. fter this encouraging prelude he partecipated to a lot of contests and projects both architectural and urban.
