The case of study is a roman residential building site in north part of Rome, precisely at Largo Nicola Spinelli, next “Villa Borghese” park. The neigh borough is wealthy and composed by a lots of buildings made in different periods links each others, for the majority, by a neoclassical or liberty style. That “Palazzina” was built in 1954 in a particular period of roman architecture. In fact the architectural panorama was researching the new prototype of roman house, identifying that type of building like a brand new one, perfect for roman post war reconstruction.
