AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. Eva Shanty Persada Abadi. This research is a quantitative research. The analysis used is a quantitative technique by determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula which obtained 43 respondents, and the sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis methods include: descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, inferential analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test, f test and coefficient of determination test R2).
