[EN] When modern architecture was built in Spain, it was from an almost exclusively formal perspective, leaving aside the industrial and social considerations that were an important part of its reason for being in the rest of Europe. The article studies one of the peri-urban space buildings that became fashionable in our territory during the 1920s and 1930s. It was these new population centres that led to the appearance of new architectural types, very characteristic of the Spanish pre-civil war period.
