Individual needs as workers in order to improve their performance are influenced by the conditions in which they feel balanced in the demands of work and outside of work. There are many things that affect the balance, one of which is social support. This study aims to determine the effect of social support on worklife balance in employees of PT. C. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were employees of PT. C, a total of 110 people were taken using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection methods used are scale of worklife balance and scale of social support. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression.
