The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Education, Placement Training on Employee Performance in the Welfare and Community Section of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study were employees who were in the work unit of the Welfare and Community Section of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study amounted to 32 people. The sampling method used the saturated sampling method (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations.
