Studi Evaluasi Jaringan Drainase Dalam Menanggulangi Genangan di Kawasan RW 10 dan 16 Cengkareng Barat, Jakarta Barat

The increase of residential areas causes the use of green area change its function. This changes has an impact on soil infiltration so as when the rainy season comes or high intensity of rain causes inundation in the area. Therefore, it is necessaru to have a good drainage system so that the discharge of rainwater that falls can be handled properly. In calculating the design of rainfall analysis used the Log Pearson III with a 5 year return period of 166,868 mm. The calculation of the population projection uses 3 methods, there is: Arithmetic, Geometric, Exponential. From 3 methods the exponential method is used. The population projected is used as one of the factors for the amount of wastewater that enters the drain. The analysis is carried out by comparing the flood discharge design with the existing discharge capacity. From the analysis carried out, it was found that several drain were unable to accommodate the design flood discharge, including in the RW 10 area, there are: S33 Right, S38 Right, S69 Right, S74 Right, S77 Left, S78 Left, S82 Right and Left, S83 Right, S94 Left. So some of these drainages that cannot accommodate the discharge are re-planned by changing the dimensions of both width and depth. Among several channels that cannot drain water properly the dimensions are changed as follows: 0.3 x 0.3 m to 0.3 x 0.4 m, 0.4 x 0.4 m to 0.4 x 0.6 m and 0.4 x 0.5 m, 0.6 x 0.6 to 0.7 x 0.7 m. Inlet planning is also planned as follows Curb inlet with dimensions of 30x30cm with an opening height of 10cm and grate inlet with dimensions of 30x20 with 3 grids with dimensions of 10x3 cm. the redesign of this research channel costs Rp. 737,9887,53
