Cardiac tumors always represent a challenge for clinicians. Most of them are metastasis, while primary tumors are rare. Manifestations are non-specific and can simulate any disease. Its location is clue to possible etiology. Echocardiography is main tool in search for finding and describing cardiac tumors.
