Introduction: The prevalence of primary cardiac tumors at autopsy ranges from 0.001% to 0.3%. In all agegroups, benign primary neoplasms are more common than malignant masses. Primary malignant cardiac tumorsare predominantly sarcomas in nature, can present with a variety of symptoms. The clinical presentationdepends mainly on the size of the tumor. The diagnosis of cardiac tumors is largely based on the use of multipleimaging techniques, including cardiac computed tomography (CT), cardiovascular magnetic resonance(CMR), and echocardiography.
