Differenza italiana: Politics as a subject. Machiavelli in the reading of Roberto Esposito

En el presente artículo trabajamos, en un primer momento, la cuestión del pensiero italiano y definimos lo que podrían ser sus características propias. Para esto, recogemos parte de la discusión de los últimos años, tomando en cuenta los interlocutores más salientes. En un segundo momento, trabajamos a partir de la posición de Roberto Esposito y sus formulaciones sobre il pensiero italiano. Por último, y con la intención de exponer concretamente a través de Machiavelli, uno de los más grandes representantes del pensamiento italiano, las características previamente definidas, desarrollamos y analizamos algunos pasajes de Il Principe. Esta genealogía del pensiero italiano, que nos condujo desde una discusión contemporánea hasta la letra misma de Machiavelli, nos permite inscribir a Roberto Esposito en la tradición de la differenza italiana.In the present article we work, at first, on the question of the Pensiero italiano and we define what could be its own characteristics. For this, we pick a part of the discussion of recent years, taking into account the most prominent partners. In a second moment, we work from the position of Roberto Esposito and his formulations on the Pensiero italiano. Finally, and with the intention of exposing concretely through Machiavelli, one of the greatest representatives of the Italian thought, the characteristics previously defined, we develop and analyze some passages of Il Principe. This genealogy of the Pensiero italiano, which led us from a contemporary discussion to the very letter of Machiavelli, allows us to enroll Roberto Esposito in the tradition of differenza italiana.Fil: Serratore, María Constanza.
