ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA Ny.C DENGAN DIAGNOSA MEDIS (CVA) CEREBRO VASCULAR ACCIDENT INFARK DI RUANG PATIMURA 6.3 RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DERAH KANJURUHAN KEBUPATEN MALANG

Background: CVA infarction is a clinical syndrome that occurs due to narrowing or blockage of necrotic brain tissue, so that the supply of oxygen and blood to the brain is reduced which can lead to infarction if blood flow is not restored within the time it is restored. In this scientific work, the case of Mrs. S with CVA infra. This study aims to describe the process of nursing care to Mrs. S with CVA (cerebro vascular accident) infarction in the Patimura room, RSUD Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Methods: Writing this final scientific paper for nurses uses a research design with a case study approach to explore the problem of nursing care for patients with CVA (cerebro vascular accident) infarcts in the Patimura room at RSUD Kanjuruhan kab. Malang. Case studies using nursing care are a series of individual nursing processes in patients with CVA (cerebro vascular accident) infarction including assessment, data analysis, nursing intervention, implementation and evaluation. In the assessment process,. the author uses various data collection techniques such as history taking and observation as well as interviews with Mrs. S family to complete the assessment and evaluation data. Results: After being given nursing care for 3 consecutive days, the authors found 3 nursing problems that arose, namely Impaired physical mobility b.d Neuromuscular, cerebral verbal communication disorders related to decreased circulation, risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion d.d embolism (hypertension). On the 5th day after treatment, the patient was allowed to go home and required for routine check-ups. Discussion: Of the 3 nursing problems that arise Impaired physical mobility, Impaired verbal communication, Risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, the intervention given to the patient is a priority nursing problem. The intervention given to the patient is Impaired physical mobility, giving therapy, implementation of nursing carried out on patients with the main diagnosis namely mobilization support with ROM (Range Of Motion) action, the second diagnosis provides promotion of speech deficit communication, the third diagnosis is monitoring intracranial pressure and the final diagnosis results from the evaluation of the three nursing problems, namely, 3 partially resolved diagnoses and one resolved diagnosis
