ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR KINERJA UMKM MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 (Studi pada UMKM Kota Blitar)

This study aims to examine the analysis of MSME performance factors during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is aquantitative research with the respondents are MSME actors in Blitar City who are registered at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Blitar City as many as 31 respondents. Determination of the number of samples is done by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data in the study used primary data taken directly to the respondents through a given questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using the outer model and inner model tests which contained convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, coefficient of determination, f-square test, and hypothesis testing with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. The results obtained in this study that business capital has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs, while entrepreneurial characteristics, technological sophistication, and financial literacy show no positive effect on the performance of MSMEs
