ANALISIS KINERJA UMKM DI TULUNGAGUNG SELAMA COVID-19

The magnitude of the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia makes a major contribution to economic development. The number of MSMEs in Tulungagung every year continues to increase. The development of MSMEs must be followed by good business performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the performance of MSMEs in Tulungagung during the covid-19 pandemic. In this study using independent variables, namely human resources, finance, marketing and production. While the performance of SMEs is used as the dependent variable in this study. The research method used is data collection by giving questionnaires to sources / MSME actors as many as 50 respondents. Then the data is processed by SPSS using several tests, namely Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test while for hypothesis testing using F test, t test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the independent variables, namely finance, human resources, marketing, and production had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of MSME performance during the Covid-19 pandemic
