The article presents results of the research that aimed to determine the user's perception of the quality of service in a health-providing institution. The methodology that was used was basic, qualitative approach of descriptive level and phenomenological design whose technique was the interview and the instrument was the semi-structured interview guide, the participants were 7 Users and 3 Health Professionals.
