The background of this study is the importance of employee performance to the business, which includes Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta as a sharia bank with strong assets and ratings at the national level. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the educational background, work experience, personality, and work environment of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta employees have an impact on employee performance.
