The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment, work stress, and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the people of Bank Madina Syariah. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are work discipline, work environment, work stress, and organizational culture. The population and samples used were 33 employees. The sampling method used is saturared sampling, so that all populations are used as samples.
