Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) (Studi Program Kesehatan Di Desa Sialang Kayu Batu Kecamatan Bunut Kabupaten Pelalawan)

Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) is a community institution that empowers women to participate in the development of Indonesia. In order to realize the PKK in accordance with the functions and roles have been established in 10 main programs that are steamaya fulfillment of basic needs for the realization of empowerment and welfare of families, the purpose of this study is to kNow and analyze the implementation of the Family Empowerment and Welfare program (PKK) (health program study in The Village Sialang Kayu Batu District Bunut Pelalawan). This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with a focus on only one program of the 10 main pkk programs, namely the Health Program. Based on the results of the research showed that the implementation of the policy of family welfare empowerment program study on health programs in the village of Sialang Kayu Batu District Bunut Pelalawan with indicators of communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure can be categorized terimplementation. The obstacles in the implementation of the Family Empowerment and Welfare program (PKK) (health program study in Sialang Kayu Batu Village, Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency) are: Capability factors in the field of administration, lack of support from the Village Head, community mindset factors on the utilization of techNology and limited sources of budget
