Analisis Kinerja Program Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Di Desa Beringin Kecamatan Talang Muandau Kabupaten Bengkalis

This study aims to determine the level of performance of the family welfare empowerment program (PKK)in the village eringin District of TalangMuandau, Regency of Bengkalis. meaning that the increasingly active role of the PKK makes it possible to increasingly empower women. Based on this, it can be concluded that PKK has a considerable role in increasing women's empowerment. The function of the PKK is as a facilitator to support banyan village government programs has gone quite well, although there are some inputs that the community does not participate in PKK activities to support the banyan village government program, but because of the PKK program activities in motivating and mobilizing the community in terms of education , economics and health can help minimize these problems. Analysis of assessment indicators used are among others the chairman of the PKK driving team, the supervisory team, the secretary, the treasurer, the head of the working group I, the working group II, the working group III, the working group IV. The location of this study is in the banyan village of TalangMuandau district, Bengkalis district. Then this type of research uses a type of qualitative research with qualitative methods of data collection using verbal and written information from information sources. Respondents are key informants and informants. Key informants as for the subject in this study are the leaders of the PKK drive. Research informants used purposive sampling. Types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation techniques.
