The performance of civil servants has recently been in the spotlight, especially among the public that civil servants are servants or servants of the state. Their performance can be influenced by several factors, including work motivation, work discipline, as well as adequate training and benefits. Therefore, this research was conducted at RSUD dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga, the extent to which these variables affect the performance of civil servants through mediation compensation.
