Особенности творческого саморазвития педагога

the article reveals the concept of “self-development of the teacher", as well as the features of this process. A description of the forms and methods that affect the development of the teacher. The conditions under which the teacher is formed as a creative person are revealed. The interrelation of genius and receptivity as the most important ability of creativity is stated. The author considers and analyzes the dynamics, importance and role of the teacher's creative self-development.В статье раскрыто понятие «саморазвитие педагога», а также выявлены особенности данного процесса. Дано описание форм и способов, влияющих на развитие педагога. Выявлены условия, при которых педагог формируется как творческая личность. Констатирована взаимосвязь гениальности и восприимчивости как важнейшей способности творчества. Автором рассмотрены и проанализированы динамика, значение и роль творческого саморазвития педагога
