[eng] In recent years, there is an increasing concern on the development of hospitality sectors in China. Therefore, in order to improve hospitality sectors in China, job satisfaction of employees should be greatly emphasized. It is quite worthy to investigate the relationship between training, education and job satisfaction in the hospitality sector in China.
