Resistance related to antibiotics in our society has been an issue as it has grown to find infections to be harder to get rid of with the drugs we have today. Many different bacteria\u27s cause this issue as not all can be fought off with our antibiotics produced to this day. Using a soil sample from my backyard, I performed experiments to see different bacteria\u27s in my sample that can help create new sources for antibiotics. When screened against the safe relatives of ESKAPE pathogens I was able to see one of my bacteria\u27s show a zone of inhibition.
