The Relationship Between Self Efficacy and Academic Stress in Final Year Students Working on Thesis at the Faculty of Psychology University of Medan Area

63 HalamanTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara self efficacy dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di Universitas Medan Area. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa stambuk 2017 yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi yang berjumlah 243 orang. Dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 38 orang. Teknik pengambian sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data mengguakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi korelasi p = 0,000 p mean hipotetik = 92,5 dimana selisihnya tidak lebih dari SD = 8,283) The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress in final year students who are working on a thesis at the University of Medan Area.
