75 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap niat pembelian ulang pada waroeng Bu Usi Medan baik secara parsial mau simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar angket. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling/accidental sampling dengan sampel adalah para pembeli sebanyak 75 orang. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian ulang pada waroeng Bu Usi medan.
