Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. (2) pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian asosiatif. Populasi adalah pegawai berjumlah 258 orang pegawai, teknik sampling yang digunakan memakai probability sampling.
