Relationship between Dual Role Conflict with Fear Of Success in Career Women at BTN Medan Syariah

79 HalamanTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui hubungan konflik peran ganda dengan fear of success pada wanita karir di BTN Syariah Medan. Hipotesis yang dapat diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan positif antara konflik peran ganda dengan fear of success pada wanita karir di BTN Syariah Medan. Pada penelitian menggunakan populasi sebanyak 78 wanita karir yang berada di BTN Syariah Medan. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah wanita karir di BTN Syariah Medan yang berjumlah 32 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan skala, yaitu skala konflik peran ganda dan fear of success. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi spearman rho Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara konflik peran ganda dengan fear of success (R = 0,383 ; p = 0,030 < 0,050 ). Sejalan dengan hipotesis yaitu semakin tinggi konflik peran ganda maka akan semakin tinggi fear of success yang dialami wanita karir BTN Syariah Medan. Sebaliknya jika semakin rendah konflik peran ganda maka akan semakin berkurang fear of success yang dialami wanita karir BTN Syariah Medan. Nilai rata-rata empirik pada variabel konflik peran ganda adalah sebesar 87,094 dan pada variabel fear of success adalah sebesar 88,594. The purpose of this research is to empirically test and find out the dual role conflict relationship with fear of success in women’s career at the BTN Syariah Medan. The hypothesis that can be presented in this study is a positive link between a double-role conflict and fear of success in the career woman at BTN Syariah Medan. This study uses the population of 78 women career at BNT Syariah Medan. The subject of this study is career-woman at the BTN Syariah Medan of 32 people with an purposive sampling technique. Research uses the kind of quantitative research, where data collecting uses the double-role conflict scale and fear of success scale. The method of data analysis used in the research is spearman rho’s correlation technique. Analysis shows that there is a positive and significant connection between the double-role conflict with fear of success (R = 0.383; p = 0.030 < 0.050). Meaning the higher the double-role conflict the higher the further fear of success the woman’s career BTN sharia field. In contrast, the lower the doublerole conflict the lower the further fear of success the women’s career BTN Syariah Medan. The average value of empiric on the variable double-role conflict is 87.094 and on the variable fear of success is 88.594
