77 halamanPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Cabang Sunggal. Untuk mengetahui apakah rekrutmen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Cabang Sunggal serta untuk mengetahui apakah seleksi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Cabang Sunggal. Penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana metode kunatitatif digunakan untuk meneliti kondisi objek alamiah dimana peneliti merupakan istrumen kunci. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebagian karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Cabang Sunggal yang berjumlah 70 oramg. Maka hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu rekrutmen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan seleksi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan yang lebih dominan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah Rekrutmen pada PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Cabang Sunggal. Kesimpulan yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh antara rekrutmen dan seleksi dengan kinerja karyawan khususnya pada PDAM Trtanadi Cabang Sunggal, diketahui ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan demikian hipotesis terbukti. This study aims to determine whether recruitment and selection have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan, Sunggal Branch. To find out whether recruitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan, Sunggal Branch and to determine whether selection has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Sunggal Branch, the author uses quantitative methods, where quantitative methods are used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is key instrument. This research method is a quantitative method, namely research to determine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable, using multiple regression analysis techniques. The population in this study were some of the employees of PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Sunggal Branch totaling 70 people. Then the research results obtained are recruitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance and selection has a significant positive effect on employee performance. And the more dominant positive effect on employee performance is recruitment at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan, Sunggal Branch. The conclusions obtained in this study are the influence between recruitment and selection on employee performance, especially at PDAM Trtanadi Sunggal Branch, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between recruitment and selection on employee performance, thus the hypothesis is prove
