The objectives of this study are (1) to examine and analyze the effect of recruitment on performance of employees (2) To analyze the selection of employees performance, and (3) To analyze the placement of employees. The data was collected through observation, distributing questionnaires and interviews. The method that has been used in this research were descriptive (qualitative) and verification (quantitative), while the data was analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 3.2.9 program.
