Analysis of the Level of Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Management Programs with a Risk Assessment Approach at PT. TRANS RETAIL INDONESIA (BREADSHOP)

80 HalamanPT. Trans Retail Indonesia merupakan industri yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan roti. Dalam kurun 2 tahun terakhir telah terjadi peningkatan jumlah kecelakaan kerja pada lantai produksi. Hal ini menjadi masalah utama bagi perusahaan sehingga perlu dilindungi dengan program K3 yang berkualitas. Dalam penelitian ini akan diukur level tingkat penerapan program manajemen K3 perusahaan berdasarkan tingkat pencapaian penerapan program manajemen K3, tingkat keberhasilan program manajemen K3, dan audit SMK3 berdasarkan PP Republik Indonesia No.50 Tahun 2012. Pengukuran tingkat pencapaian penerapan progam manajemen K3 dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada karyawan lantai produksi sehingga didapat tingkat pencapaian penerapan program manajemen K3 pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia berdasarkan persepsi karyawan lantai produksi dengan acuan traffic light system. Pengukuran tingkat keberhasilan program manajemen K3 dilakukan dengan melakukan audit SMK3 berdasarkan PP. Republik Indonesia No. 50 Tahun 2012 terhadap program manajemen K3 yang telah dimiliki oleh PT.Trans Retail Indonesia. Untuk mengetahui sebesar mana perusahaan mengikuti peraturan pemerintah tentang SMK3 No.50 Tahun 2012. Hasil pengukuran tingkat pencapaian penerapan program manajemen K3 berada pada angka 49% berada pada kategori MERAH, dimana pencapaian dari suatu indikator masih dibawah target yang telah ditentukan dan perlu perbaikan dengan segera, dan tingkat keberhasilan penerapan program K3 berada pada angka 87,95 % atau kategori HIJAU dimana penilaian penerapan sangat baik.Hasil pengukuran menunjukan kurangnya perhatian perusahaan terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan maupun aset yang dimiliki perusahaan, dimana dari hasil pengukuran perusahaan harus dengan segera memperbaiki sistem SMK3 perusahaan sesuai dengan peraturan yang ditetapkan pemerintah tentang program SMK3. PT.Trans Retail Indonesia is an industry that is engaged in making bread. In the last 2 years there has been an increase in the number of work accidents on the production floor. This has become a major problem for companies so that it needs to be protected with a quality K3 program. In this study, the level of implementation of the company’s K3 management program will be measured based of the level of achievement of the implemetation of the K3 management program, and the SMK3 audit based on the Republic of Indonesia PP No. 50 of 2012. Measurement of the level of achievement of the implementation of the K3 management program was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the production floor employees in order to obtain the level of achievement of the implementation of the K3 management program at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia based on the perception of production floor employees with a traffic light system as a reference. The measurement of the success rate of the K3 management program is carried out by conducting an SMK3 audit based on PP. Republic of Indonesia No. 50 of 2012 on the K3 management program that has been owned by PT.Trans Retail Indonesia. This is to find out how big the company is following government regulations regarding SMK3 No. The results of measuring the level of achievement of the implementation of the OHS management program are at 49% in the RED category, where the achievement of an indicator is still below the predetermined target and needs immediate improvement, and the success rate of implementing the K3 program is at 87.95% or category GREEN where the application assessment is good. The measurement results show the lack of company attention to the health and safety of employees and the company's assets, where from the measurement results the company must immediately improve the company's SMK3 system in accordance with the regulations set by the government regarding the SMK3 program
