Perusahaan memberikan pembinaan kesehatan dakeselamatan kerja pada pekerja dan bertanggung jawab memberikan jaminan dalam bentuk santunan berupa uang terhadap periswita atau keadaan yang terjadi pada pekerja berupak keelakaan kerja, sakit, hamil, bersalin dan meninggal dunia.
