This article shows the results of a study of residual amounts of organochlorine pesticides, salts of heavy metals, nitrates, mycotoxins in milk and dairy products consumed by the population, the total amount of which is a potential threat to public health. Also, a forecast for the production of dairy products until 2030 has been developed. Taking into account that the annual increase in production is on average 100-200 tons, it was found that the demand for it should increase by 61.5% (compared to 2009) in 15 years
