The aim of this study is to determine the knowledge and opinions of the nurses about teamwork. This descriptive study was conducted with 206 nurses in Şahinbey Education Research and Application Hospital. Data were collected using the questionnaire prepared by the researchers, and the ‘’ Teamwork Attitudes Questionnaire ‘’ (T-TAQ). Number, percentage, mean ± standard deviation and Chi-square, t-test, and ANOVA analysis were performed as descriptive statistics. 72.8% of the nurses are female, and 27.2% are male.
