The aim is to evaluate the attitudes of medical staff of the hospital Nregarding teamwork. Research methodology. The study was carried out in the hospital N situated in Lithuania in 2014.All medical personnel (physicians and nurses) were invited to participate in this survey. The original study questionnaire together with was developed together with the Belbin Role Self-Perception Inventory was used for data collection. Results: It was found that all respondents (100%) were aware about the significance of teamwork in the health care sector. 37.3% of respondents indicated, that they were practicing“teamwork“ in the hospital and 57.8% were practicing both types (“teamwork and individual work“) styles.
