EFEKTIVITAS PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA PEREDARAN MINUMAN KERAS OPLOSAN DI WILAYAH KABUPATEN GRESIK (STUDI KASUS DI SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA KABUPATEN GRESIK)

Indonesia as a developing country, of course, cannot be separated from the influence of global developments. The development of the times at this time brings a very large influence and there are also positive and negative impacts on society. One of the negative impacts is regarding the problem of liquor circulating in the Gresik Regency area. The circulation of liquor in the Gresik Regency area is very worrying. This paper aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of law enforcement against the crime of trafficking in adulterated liquor by the Pramong Praja Police Unit in Gresik Regency, then to identify and analyze the obstacles that affect the effectiveness of law enforcement on the crime of trafficking in adulterated liquor, as well as to find solutions in overcoming barriers to law enforcement against criminal acts against the circulation of bootleg liquor. The approach method used by the author is sociological juridical which in other words emphasizes research aimed at obtaining empirical legal knowledge by going directly to the object.
