Financial institutions such as banking are one of the sectors that have an important role in economic growth in Indonesia. One of the bank facilities that is widely used by the public is credit. The types of loans provided by banks also vary, for example Working Capital Loans. This credit is used to help the community's business capital. Banks also experienced many cases where the credit was problematic. One of them is the debtor's own external factor due to the impact of the covid-19 pandemic which causes a decrease in operating profit and difficulties in paying off obligations. Non-performing loans can disrupt the smooth liquidity of a bank, therefore the implementation of the handling of non-performing loans is carried out. The Bank establishes a credit restructuring policy to save bad loans that occur, this implementation is also based on applicable regulations, adhering to the regulations set by Bank Indonesia. This research was conducted aiming to understand and show how the factors causing problematic KMK and procedures for handling problematic KMK were carried out at PT.
