PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, DAN GROWTH PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PROPERTY, REAL ESTATE DAN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

The purpose of this research is to examine empirically the effect of profitability, and company growth on disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in property, real estate, and building construction sectors listed on the IDX. We use secondary data from Indonesia stock exchange and the company’s official websites. PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data, especially we use SmartPLS 3.0. The result indicates that the connection between profitability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a negative influence while the connection between company growth and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive influence, this shows that the higher the company's profitability does not affect the amount of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure, while the higher the growth rate of the company, the greater the social and environmental responsibility that must be considered by the compan
