International audienceAfter close re-examination of the available data on the Montbéliard-Mandeure area, the broad lines in the organisation of this micro-region linked to the Doubs Valley and opening up on the Alsace Plain, may be outlined. In spite of gaps of information, especially on the scattered rural settlements, a certain number of specifities in the rythm of site settlement, should be underlined. The emergence of a group settlement linked to a vast sanctuary, beginning in the third century B.C., stands out as a significant fact.Un réexamen des données disponibles dans le secteur de Montbéliard-Mandeure permet d'esquisser dans ses grandes lignes l'organisation, au Second âge du Fer, de cette micro-région articulée sur la vallée du Doubs et ouvrant sur la plaine d'Alsace. Malgré le caractère lacunaire des informations, notamment en ce qui concerne l'habitat rural dispersé, un certain nombre de spécificités dans les rythmes d'occupation des sites peuvent être mises en exergue.
