Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Saham Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2013-2015)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh antara struktur kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan pengaruh antara struktur kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan variabel kontrol meliputi size dan leverage. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2013-2015. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 138 Perusahaan. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS (Statistic Package Social Science) dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kepemilikan saham manajerial tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan kepemilikan saham institusional tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.The purpose of this research is to examine and prove empiricallythe influence of managerial ownership structure on corporate performance and the influence of institutional ownership structure on corporate performance by using the control variables include the size and leverage. The population in this study using all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2013-2015. Selection of the samples in this study using purposive sampling method with a sample of 138 of the Company. The data were processed using SPSS (Statistics Package Social Science) the classical assumption test and multiple regression test. The results of this study indicate managerial stock ownership is not positive effect on the performance of the company and institutional stock ownership is not a positive effect on company performance
