Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Dan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2017)

This study aims to examine the effect of management ownership, institutional ownership, company size, and good corporate governance on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 162 companies.The analysis technique use multiple linear regression with SPSS 21 software. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, company size, and board of commissioners effect financial performance, while managerial ownership, board of directors, and audit committees have no mean on financial performance
