Urdu Ghazal and Poem are two main genres of poetry. No theme in Ghazal is described continuously. Thought and theme is actually expanded in Poem. Ghazal and Poem were created in different areas. So, their creative temperament is also different. Ghazal is the creation of East and the Poem is the creative expression of the West. Therefore, difference of the temperament of both genres will be seen in this reference. Poem is a complete unit of poetry compared to the Ghazal in which the person's feelings are extensively expanded and presented.
