Constitutional protection of the right to a good name, honour and privacy, in the field of the Internet: Analysis of the considerations of the Constitutional Court of Colombia

El presente artículo expone las consideraciones de la Corte Constitucional colombiana acerca de los derechos fundamentales al buen nombre, la honra y la intimidad, tomando como referencia el surgimiento y expansión de las redes sociales. Así, se expondrán las apreciaciones de la Corte Constitucional acerca de los derechos mencionados. Luego se analizará la relación Internet-Derechos Fundamentales y la transformación en la manera como los derechos fundamentales se han concebido. Finalmente, se analizarán las posturas de la Corte en sentencias recientes, para así analizar el impacto de las redes sociales en ellas.This paper attempts to expose the changes of legal conceptions in the Colombian constitutional case-law regarding to the fundamental law of good reputation, honour and privacy in the scene of Internet. To accomplish this objective, it is necessary to expose some basic concepts about fundamental laws, their relevance in the philosophy and its concept of human being, to the extent that it is possible to state that they constitute his essence. It is to say, it is not possible to think of the human being without these rights. Immediately, the fundamental law of good reputation, honour and privacy will be analyzed from the point of view of their nature, their philosophical, psychological and social bases, and also from their relevance for the Constitutional law, according to the analyses of their concepts stablished in the Constitution and its doctrinal interpretation. Finally, the influence of Internet and social networks in their influence on the concepts of fundamental rights will also be analyzed, according to the recent constitutional jurisprudence.&nbsp
