The representation of professors in Brazilian higher education is unequal according to statistical data from the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (BRASIL, 2020) regarding gender, race, ethnicities, people with disabilities and gender identities. This occurs for different historical, cultural contexts and in what it concerns to patterns and differences. We seek in this study a dialogue with Marx, Vygotsky and Deleuze, thinkers who highlight important concepts to the pertinent discussion to reflect the reality of education contemporaneity.
