Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, job characteristics and work discipline on job satisfaction for employees of the Batu City Health Office. The location of this research was carried out on employees of the Batu City Health Office. This research is a quantitative research. This study uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Batu City Health Office who were selected by non-probability sampling.
